Thursday:  This life changing, career changing course focuses on the seminar and the appointment setting process.  The majority of the time is devoted to learning Craig's seminar which is an integral part of the appointment setting system. You will see Craig give his presentation and then you will go through it slide by slide. When this day is done you will have the confidence to give this seminar after a few more hours of practice.  

Craig will give you all of his forms, letters, appointment setting cards, calendars, and everything else you will need to use his highly effective appointment setting system.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning:  Craig will focus on what to do when the prospect arrives in your office. The goal is to increase your closing percentage to a significantly higher level than you are currently experiencing.  In addition to learning how to handle the first and second appointments, time will be spent on product knowledge and the Retirement Planning software program.  This will be extremely valuable time spent with Craig and 20 or so fellow agents, some who have been using Craig's system for years.  The impact of this weekend course on your production should be extremely powerful. Attendees should bring a financial calculator that has present value and future value functions. 

The Mastery Program will be enough to take your business to levels most agents consider unattainable. When an agent reaches a level of $400,000 in production for at least four months in a row they can then attend the Craig Randall Wealth University: The Inner-Circle Program. Agents who have not reached that level of production should keep attending the mastery programs until they have reached this level.

Personal Coaching:

You will receive personal coaching with Clyde twice a month for 30 minutes per session.  We have found that this coaching is absolutely vital to each advisor's successful implementation of the knowledge gained at the mastery programs. With the personal coaching and twice monthly conference calls with Craig you will receive all the support you need to master this powerful system.  We now know, from years of experience with our program, that any truly committed agent who takes advantage of the coaching, the conference calls and attends at least two advanced boot camps a year will succeed in achieving or exceeding their personal goals. Craig is now giving personal coaching to those agents that qualify.

The AIP Marketing Alliance will be providing back office support for all your insurance and annuity business.  PlanMember Securities is our Broker Dealer for those who have securities licenses. They are an excellent organization geared to providing support to the independent agent.
